Like a lot of you, I have been a member of several MOPAR web forums for a very long time. I was kicked off of Facebook in 2020 for making a Front Line Doctors COVID post. This inspired me to ditch the Social Media Giants and come back to the web forums. FBBO is new to me, and I don't know how I missed it. There are some familiar names on this board, but some of the builds and cars I'm really interested in appear to be more active on this board than the others. All boards unfortunately lost a lot of traffic to FB and others. I remember opening up the old Dodge Dakota R/T email/message board with thousands of messages/day. Anyway, really enjoyed the FE weight reduction, multiple hemi threads, seeing 6PKRTSE post (love that challenger), the x-second combination, major surgery threads and others. You guys might be stuck with me for a while.
  • moparchat - Dead?
  • moparnuts - Dead?
  • moparts.com - Still good, but some of you don't post as much over there.
  • yellowbullet - Politics and ****... Don't need either
  • dragraceplace - new, low traffic, politics no ****
  • phantombullet - Haven't visited yet. I don't have it in me to do too many forums
  • dodgecharger.com - Low traffic, limited to just chargers, a lot of resto stuff.

Bienvenido desde Mexico, as you can see there's a lot of member from another forums, yes they are active here more than in another forum, no politics in the GD area, no **** here unless you want to be banned forever, we believe that at least a few kids watch the forum, obscenities to the minimum and RESPECT TO OTHERS is what you are going to find here, members from all around the world, yes we are a small group, old people mostly, people here like to follow rules, go to the welcome wagon, introduce yourself and your car, tons of knowledge in this the best mopar site, ok I'll start :xscuseless:

I wouldn't get a darn thing done if I was active on more than one of these forums.

Yeah, this site is perfect. Not so many posts that it takes all freaking day to read them but enough to keep things interesting. And genuinely a great bunch of guys. We all definitely don’t agree on everything, but we get along. Humour helps.

I only do Joey's sites now,
probably 90%-95% is here
I check in with a couple of others
the trucks only & RR forums occasionally
nothing like here

sometimes I'll go to A or C-bodies forum
to look at links posted here or parts
I never joined either of them, I don't own an A or C body
at the moment, but I do like them...

I use to do/post a lot on Hot Rod's forum/MoPar Muscle Mag.

I did at one time post on Dodge Charger forum
it's way to upity liberal/bias & clicky, at times for my taste,
good forbid you can think for yourself or a conservative thinker
that actually knows what you're talking about

MoParts, a lil' way early, same as the DC .com stuff above

I don't & won't do Fakebook or Twatter
I have gone there (FBBO Facebook), from links here or parts links info,
I never joined, I never will either...

I waste almost all my social media time,
as you can tell by my post count
here the hands-down,
the fairest, open & most knowledgeable, friendly, informative, membership
the best MoPar related forum on the whole -www-

I am a member of MoparChat. And they are all but dead? The only communication I had was with the webmaster. Also trying to figure out. "What happened?" But is what it is.

I didn't know there were an other forums out there...... OK, I checked out all of them only to find out they suck, I'm home!! As I said before, welcome!!

I find that there is all the information I need, and members with experience and answers on this site. As it is, the number of times the same topic is posted by different people makes me glad I'm not looking at other sites...there'd be that much more duplication. I don't think anything of importance gets missed on this site, so it fills my Mopar wishes. As soon as I discovered it, I knew I was home!

I started lurking at moparts, then found out about fbbo and fabo. Haven't been to moparts in months, but....decided to check in. That site was absolutely ruined by the damn info-whatever adds that you cant get rid of. It used to be they appeared everytime you changed threads, now they are every thirty seconds.
I dont give a s#!t how much good info is available there, moparts is dead to me. Info-whatever killed it.

Not being a member there or having looked at that site, is there any info on moparts that we can't find on FBBO? It seems like almost every possible technical aspect of our cars has been touched on here, and in some cases thoroughly and expertly commented on.

I bookmarked the race forum at moparts, and there are some great racers, great info, and interesting discussions, BUT, i simply dont go there anymore. More's the pity, as far as im concerned the adds killed it.

I dabble in all the Mopar forums. As mentioned, the adds ruin Moparts and mainly on my phone the whole scrolling back and forth from side to side to read everything got really frustrating. And, thank you for the compliment on my Challenger. Oh, it's finally done since last summer. I have been cruising it on the streets and tearing up the tracks. Grudge racing is the best for me.
