Pretty sure that the girl that became my wife did like my '70 lime green Barracuda. Lots of fun in that car.

I remember at the drive in we used to sit on our hoods layng back on the windshield.
Was no big deal then, the louvers on the gtx's cowl suffered the most.

Oh heck yeah! If we were gathered in a parking lot on a Friday night, out partying in the woods, or hangin' at the Tasty Freeze... we were doing the same.

Yup - but those paint jobs were not THESE paint jobs, in either cost or quality - or, I'd even argue, importance.

EDIT: You know, come to think of it, I'd treat other marques' cars like that -
we'd climb all over them, beat on 'em - but I've never done that to a Mopar.

I would say my gtx ment more to me when I was in high school than it does now, the way I look at it now is it's just a car, a little fun and a diversion, the people I've met becouse of it mean much more.
