Updating my master cylinder

64 Fury with power drum front and rear with a single master cylinder. What are you guys using when you update your master to a dual master cylinder?

You want the brass block also. Some don't use it but I did.

Kid, can that mc be used with a power brake booster? I was just going to buy the pre-bent lines with the new block.

I don't know. Probably not. I believe it was for a 70's E body non power/ four drum. I bought it because it was a 15/16" bore. Supposedly more pressure than a 1" bore. It will have a little more pedal travel than a 1" but It works fine. I find that a lot of the '70s B and E body brake parts work.

That little divit needs a dab of gasket maker to fill the hole it leaves in the mounting plate.

In my last post you can see in my build thread that I reused the studs and spring holder from the original single master.

Look up this part number and see if it's compatible with a booster. If not look up a '70s E or B body with booster. I've seen a lot using the MC with the bolt in the middle of the lid also.
 
I have one in a box that i used for a couple years on my Plymouth.
