Do Reptilians think snakes like that are cute, like we do puppies?

Don't know that one

you can look up 'your states' snake identification on the -www-

usually with an arrow-shaped/broad head = venomous

If the head is diamond shaped stay clear.
Actually looks like an Eastern Gartersnake which is pretty much harmless to us.

Not a real good picture, but possibly Eastern Garter Snake.

Looks like it had a checkered past.

I've been married to the same incredible woman for 28 years or so; my 2nd wife. Between marriages I lived in a "bachelor house" with my then-single brother and another guy. This other guy had 3 constrictor snakes as pets. I got a taste of getting along with them then. When my family moved to our current home, we found a copperhead snake. I simply captured him and relocated him to -- somewhere else. My wife got online and looked up copperhead snakes and the danger. We live in New Jersey. She found the last medically reported case of a copperhead snake bite in the State was 1952! Further research revealed that although venomous, they are shy, and strike only as a last resort. I take it as copperhead snakes are like pit bull dogs -- they can kill you; but they don't (unless trained or provoked).

We had a copperhead snake in the front yard not far from the front porch last fall. We do a monthly Costco run. Once home, my son brings in the groceries & I put them away. My son trekked past this copperhead probably 10 times bringing in groceries. Neither my son nor the snake seemed afraid of the other. We have a mutual respect for nature. Oh, and we have many Garter snakes as well.

I'm well aware of the aggressive Cotton Mouth snakes in the south, as well as other predatory reptiles. At least the snakes we have around here are friendly.

I don't do snakes, bugs, mice or anything that sneaks around.

Me either, was bitten by a western diamondback when I was in my early 20's when I was rock climbing. It was a young one that got me...little ****** sent me to the otherside for 42 seconds, 18 shots of antivenom, three hits with the defibrillator and a fasciotomy of my right arm kept me on this side of the dirt. Did I mention they taste like chicken? :p

That looks like a Garter Snake. It won't bite that hard and it won't bite at all unless you are a 10 year old who has been playing with it too long. I use them to train my dogs to be uninterested in snakes. There are Prairie and Timber Rattlers here, so I don't want my dogs curious. The Garters eat mice and bugs, but don't want to come in the house.

Snakes?? In my jeans maybe...do armadillos count?
:rofl::rofl::rofl:

See that diamond shaped head. That’s a rattlesnake. Looks young, is that only one button on the tail ? How long ?
