These are about 3 hours from me. They seem to be super tricks, but I don’t know how to positively ID the bolt pattern, etc.

Backs are 15x10, fronts are 15x4 or 15x5. Marked “for drag racing only”.

How likely is it that these are 5x4.5?

Definitely real SuperTricks. The second picture is the backside. It looks like the wheel has been taken apart, and had the bolts put in backwards. They should say "Rockland" on the bolt head to be original, lines on the face as well, indicating grade eight. Back side would be self locking nuts.
You measure in-between the beads for width. Looks like those are 4 1/2.
Mine are 3 1/2, very light (8 lbs) and very shaky to use on a street car.

If they’re original, I’d assume they’re probably worth taking for a good deal. Any idea on the patterns and backspacing possibilities?

If you got to the bottom of the thread, you will see "similar threads". You can get an idea what they look like, and how much they're worth.

The guy said they were off a 67 barracuda drag car. Wonder if the 4 1/2” fronts fit decent on the b body? They were supposedly last used on a 67 barracuda.

Then you'd better confirm the bolt patterns. IF the bolt pattern was changed on the barracuda, (stock would be a 5 on4) there should be two patterns on the supers,4 1/2 and 4 3/4 on 5. Very common. BUT, they could be something else.
Those skinny fronts will fall on a roadrunner/GTX. Not so sure about the rears. What is the width and b.s. on the rears?
Edit: i would be very careful using those wheels on a street car. VERY careful. Centerlines the same size would be fine, and safe.

You can verify bolt pattern by having the owner show a tape measure from the outer edge of one lug hole, to the center of one two lugs away. That will be the bolt pattern.

Those look like dual-pattern, which is 4.5 and 4.75. The finish looks pretty beat up.
The fronts will fit either A or B bodies with drum brakes; not sure about disc brakes though.
