Anyone know this car - Kissimmee Mecum Auction?

Also, no mention its a true hemi car. I just assume it is due to auction estimate

No closeups of the vin or data tag.
Is it a factory black on black car

Great looking car. Perfect options though, it seems every real car is missing one option or has a weird option on it. I would investigate the docs for sure.

Cant say I know that one.

But , I plan to be in Scottsdale the week of Barrett Jackson
I want to take a look at this one. doubt I'll bid on it.
Not sure I have the budget for it.

1966 PLYMOUTH HEMI SATELLITE - Barrett-Jackson Auction Company - World's Greatest Collector Car Auctions
Few quick notices on that one. Fuel filler cap doesn't belong on a Sat as far as I know. Wrong hood emblem, it's a '67, PCV and breathers are on wrong sides, they didn't follow our starter cable installation discussion.. lol, same chineese reproduction master cylinder I have sitting in the shop with the wrong shape lid. Other than that looks like a solid car and I could use that extra long defrost tube that's hanging down on the floor.

It is a 67 GTX Dadsbee. I thought it was a 66 Sat at first look too and noticed the fuel cap and then realized it’s a GTX.

Yeah, pictures and description lack a lot of info which is why I was wondering if anyone knew the car. I don’t know my brothers friend but he’s been hot for an all black 66/67 Hemi for awhile. He wanted to buy mine but I’ve spent so much time (and money) on it that I would like to drive it at least for awhile.

thanks

Not a bad appearing car...

don't know **** about it

True. Overall it looks like a decent car. And the flaws mentioned wouldnt stop me at all if i was interested. All are easy fixes to correct. Hell sell the fuel cap. And buy everything to correct the car to some degree.
Just giving some alternative options. Although i doubt the 66 will pull close to the 67 price wise.
Due to model year and/ or condtion in pictures.

Myself would take the white with red interior over black on black all day long. After owning a black car....not sure i ever want another one.

I plan to ride up to scotsdale on Wednesday the week of the auction for the day.

Not to bid. Just ck it out in person for my 1st time.
Not to bid...just ck it

So, if I'm reading between the lines correctly and if I understand what you're alluding to, you're trying to say that you don't know anything about this car.

I would say yes, but I could use far more words to beat around the proverbial bush and say that it is quite likely I have absolutely no recollection whatsoever notwithstanding anything I may have or may not have seen inadvertently by way of osmosis anywhere around these informative pages.

Have I made myself clear ???

The advertisements go a long way to selling these cars I reckon, especially to someone who doesn't know exactly what they are looking for.
The white/red '66 may be a better car and end up better value but the black '67 has far superior photos and immediately draws me in.
It definitely pays to get professional photos.

Yes.

Same car ????
this one sold maybe 2 years ago , I think.

1967 Plymouth GTX

Edit, probably not same car. the one RK had was power steering. The one in the ops post does not

Not the one I was talking about... why I quoted GTX6970...
OK, I hadn’t looked at that car until just now. I was laser focused on if anyone knew the black 66.
