A power plant near me has a long trestle (looked for pic). The train doesn't even stop. Just slows down to 20MPH IIRC.
The hatches get popped pneumatically at the right time so it all dumps in the proper spot.

I don't know. I am a big guy, and by experience, I have found that there is a LOT of gravity that follows me around.
