64 Savoy

It worked. That's an awesome savoy you've got there.

One question... did you get the beer?

Yes sir doing a taste test as we speak!!:sixpack:

Thanks guy's,yea every time I start it up the rooster & turkey have to put there two cents in!

That is one nice 64 ! Ron

440 10 over 10-1 pistons,comp cam,mild head work,torker intake,750 holly,msd ing.,727 trans., shift kit,2800 stall,flo masters.

How does the torker manifold work for you? Reason I asked is I'm putting a 440 in my savoy and right now it is the stock 67 intake and with the mods I've made I was thinking an eldebrock performer RPM or Holley street dominator. I'm running the 303 Voodoo cam, close chambered heads, and 10:1 compression and a 2800 stahl convertor. Lunati suggests an 800 cfm carb.

It works really well, this is the second 440 I had with those intakes, you do have to watch hood clearances though.I could use a bigger carb if I was going to race it more than a couple of times a year, when you stab it she doesn't fall all over herself, cough or hesitate it's instant acceleration. When I leave the line at about 2800 you almost don't have enough time to shift to 2nd. 6000 rpm's come really fast, the first couple of times I launched hard it really caught me off guard!

Ok, let's see some onboard-cam action! Weehooow! Slam it, this sounds really promissing! And the roosters likes it too!

Thanks man, talkin about takin it down to the local 1/8 mile track this sunday if I do I'll make sure someone films it(probably turn out like a jackass show)

Did you get the beer? All you need is the single headlight grill, and the 64 dogdish hubcaps.looks like it is 64 again! Super nice ride!!!
