Yeah, I know the uppers screw into the A arm. I have seen the special socket they sell but im hoping to just use a big adjustable wrench.
Can anyone explain how to remove the lower control arms?
I am planning on changing out my control arm bushings. I havent taken the arms off yet and never have before so im not sure how it all goes together. I want to order all the bushings (upper and lower for both sides) Can someone tell me how many bushings I need for each side?
Thanks for the info guys. The breaks on a 72 and 73 charger are different and thats why I wasnt sure. In the pic your calipers are on the rear of the wheel (unless im looking at the pic wrong). In the 72 charger the calipers are on the front of the wheel. Hopefully this doesnt make a difference.
I have a 72 Charger that I just pulled the disc brakes/spindles/proportion valve off of. I am hoping to use these on my 69 Coronet. I am having trouble finding info on if this swap will work on my Coronet. Do I need to change out the control arms or just the spindles? Will this swap even...
