    Less Common Radiator Options

Ah ok, that doesn't sound like too big of a deal, just a matter of preference at this point. Being that my car is far from original, I don't see any issue.

    Less Common Radiator Options

That is a great question! As far as the mounting of the radiator to the core support I do have SOME wiggle room so I'm hoping that won't be an issue. But what do you mean that the shroud WILL mount but not like original?

Below are pictures for referencing the overall style as well as the specific mounting areas, hose/fitting areas/styles, etc.

    Less Common Radiator Options

Yeah, an expensive puzzle with mismatched and missing pieces haha That is correct, it's a 26" core. Would the #2785435 shroud be available through Cold Case and other aftermarket companies, or would I have to find an old factory piece?

    Less Common Radiator Options

My only issue would be trying to get the correct shroud to fit correctly between the new radiator and the fan itself. Is there a "standard" spacing between all of these or would it vary between vehicles with the same engine/radiator/shroud setup from factory? Yes, this is part of my concern...

    Less Common Radiator Options

'68 Sport Satellite/Road Runner clone, 440/6, 727. The radiator that came in this car when I purchased it, from what I've researched, is not the most common setup. By that I mean the radiator inlet is on the upper DRIVER side and the outlet is on the lower PASSENGER side. (see attached radiator...

    440/6 Stall, No Restart

Busy day today but I snapped pictures of the bulkhead connector and ballast resistor for scrutiny-sake. I'll try to see if there is any arcing when it gets dark tonight.

The Blaster 2 coil is mounted on the passenger side inner fender. I myself didn't mount it there but I've seen plenty that are. Is that still too close to heat?

    440/6 Stall, No Restart

Since it was a short notice thing I tried the screwdriver check and 2 wires on the plug end didn't spark. When I started it days later all wires sparked.

    440/6 Stall, No Restart

It didn't seam like it was dripping, it was a steady squirt every press of the gas pedal, before it started up again anyway. Also, these are the plugs just removed. Oriented with left being front of engine. Thoughts other than insane corrosion?

    440/6 Stall, No Restart

Just spitballing here but could it have started to run rich which caused the sudden surge of power when it seemingly ran strong right before it died, ridden when trying to restart it, it may have flooded? Or would it have started after an hour and a half of not running?

    440/6 Stall, No Restart

Nope, the gauges, and dome light when I opened the door, all seemed to be working fine. Just as well, the starter sounded strong for the several times I attempted to start it over the next couple hours as it turned over but didn't start.

I'll add checking the Blaster 2 coil to my list, thanks everyone. I'll report back with more information when I get it.
