Well, It was those pesky LED lights that I had installed in the rear! It does look like that i'm still going to have to replace my turn signal switch as I really have to press hard on the lever, but at least I know what the problem was. Thanks for all the help!

I got it away from the firewall, and I think that I can disconnect the cable portion, but the "capillary tube" seems to attached to the housing without a way to disconnect it. Am I missing something here?

Yes it's a factory copy from M&H, but I don't see a "hot" connection for the blower motor. M&H Harness #38352 (Eng Harn-Elec Ign/Late Alt, 1969 B bdy 440 w/o 6pk) bought through YearOne. I did not disconnect or mess with the fan switch and speed resistor in the box. Maybe they didn't include it...
