Bill of sale only. I can try to get a title but I have to go through a dmv service. I'm told the cars clean, no liens or back fees

I have a rust free rolling body. Was a big block, 4 speed car, buckets, console originally. Only parts left are the doors and trunk lid. I do have a savoy donor car that's mostly complete. Have 4 speed pedals in it, manual steering too. Will sell together or part out 1000 for the shell, 3000...
