I'm running a set of Hooker long tube headers on my '69 Coronet. They're bolted up to a set of 440 Source CNC ported heads sitting on the numbers matching 383 block. The trans is a '75 727 with a slightly deeper stamped steel pan. The problem is that the collector flange on the passenger side...
Thanks for the idea. The problem is that when its lowered completely each section rattles against the one it slips into. Most likely no way to stop it. Just thought I'd see if anyone had experienced the same thing.
Thanks All
I know this is probably a long shot but I have to try. Pictured is the converter I took out of my 69 Coronet 500 which has a 1975 727 in it. At the time I got the car it had a 383 in it with a wiped out cam so I never drove it any further than from the transport trailer to my garage which is...

Trying to help out a friend who is building a salt flats car. Please PM me with info and I'll pass it on to him.
EDIT;
I believe he found one thanks to member ornaryl.
Can someone let me know if there is supposed to be some sort of bumper or stop of some description on the interior door handle to keep the tip of the handle from contacting the armrest backing trim piece on my '69 coronet 500.
This is what I have.
This is what I'd like.
Thanks in advance,
Mike
I bought a replacement brake light switch awhile back for my '69 Coronet 500 which promptly broke before the car ever made it out of the shop. It was the small cylindrical one sold as a OEM replacement. This prompted me to see if I could find a better more robust switch rather than buy another...
Hoping someone can help me identify who made this intake for this 67-75 era 318. It has no markings anywhere and I have not been able to find another like on the internet. Belongs to a friend who just bought a bunch of stuff from a guy who inherited some property that is covered with all kinds...
