yes. I think that came with the V21 addition wasn’t it?
if so. I thought I seen a post a few years ago from (odzking? I think :)), that if you had the V21 option the emblems on the truck were not included?
Agreed. the bench had the mount further up on the trans from what I recall. Along with the hole
was told if I put a bench shifter in my car I’d be shifting from the backseat. not at all.
It’s this easy
*first thing to remember. It’s your computer.
1. Create a file called passwords.txt on your desktop.

on and on. It’s not that difficult
when you use/need it. Copy/paste
if you are paranoid about a hacker...
When I bought my grey charger I told the guy if he put the original grills back on I'd buy it. (I.e. replace the hide-aways)
But, I do have '71 hide-aways for my black car that I plan to swap out. (well.. currently red I guess)
I guess I'm not fussy
I'd agree based on the fender tag. The V21 option alone was hood treatment for the Rallye.
It is a nice looking car but I'd agree, there is a lot of fishy things with this car.
oh.. sorry.. misspoke.. meant to say the pin.
I ended up putting the tail cross-memeber bracket half way on (naturally even that was a PITA) so that end was somewhat square.
then i was finally able to get a bolt started.. and a second.. etc..
thanks
I have the trans on a jack and i'm trying to align the starter bolt to the engine block.
I'm having trouble moving the trans bell far enough to the passenger side to get this aligned properly.
Is it basically a constant struggle push/pull that eventually I'll get lucky to mate the two or is...
well.. i understand that. I just don't want to try 3 separate times to get it right when i'm on my back under the car.
Maybe it's not that big of a deal to just do the 3 separate times. I would assume there might be a mark on both of them to indicate it.
Thanks everyone for the optimism.
Maybe I'm just over thinking it all.
I will have to set the tail on the torsion bar first so that will give me some opportunities to set boards under until i can slip the trans jack under it.
I just pulled my transmission due to fluid not being pumped. (different thread)
So, to avoid asking questions unrelated to that thread I started this one.
First, I haven't dropped a transmission since .. I'm guessing '85. And that was a dirt floor in an open garage on the farm. (i.e. you...
That would make sense so that the torque converter can actually grab onto something with the notches.... But I don't see anything that would accept them. if they broke off, I'd assume they should have been laying somewhere during the removal?
Unless they barely are exposed from the inside?
