No way to be certain without seeing the fender tag, but I'd bet that "WW" or Polar White is the actual color. Lighting in those tents, camera settings, computer monitor settings can all make colors look different than we expect.
When testing dwell on my 318 poly, the dwell does not change from the 30* spec when revved to 1500rpm with the vacuum advance disconnected.

Yes, the Polara four door was available as either a hardtop or a sedan.
Here are a couple pages from the 64 dealer book. Any four door hardtop would have been a Polara as that wasn't available in a 330 or 440.
Although the four door sedan was available in all three lines.
