    I will try that tomorrow. But I just swapped master cylinders and the problem happens with both. I measured and set push rod length with a pin tool.

    I think its an A&A valve body. And its a reverse manual not sure if that makes a difference. Im concerned because I think reverse and 1st run on a different drum?

    I replaced my transmission with a freshly built 727 with rvmvb and 3500 stall converter last year. It creeps backwards in neutral. I thought it might go away after it got broke in a little but 300 plus miles later it still creeps. Should I be concerned? Its not a powerful creep . ‍

    Update: I was able to road test today. Warmed car up to the point the gauge had dropped to near zero and took out on 55 mph road. Ran it through the gears a few times up to 5500 rpm and no starvation issues with the 600 cfm carter. So i have concluded that the gauge reading is off due to heat...

    Maybe gauge is ok just changes with heat? I will go beat on it a little and see if its starved for fuel at high rpm when its hot.

    Pump is new but hear mixed reviews on quality of newer pumps. Pushrod was measured and is good. I will try a different guage asap. Thanks

    It runs fine around town and in the neighborhood 45 mph max. I havent taken it out on any roads for heavy load or high rpm test.

    Not that i can tell. Engine temp is 185ish. Shouldnt be vapor locking
