    I haven't had hood clearance issues with the 440 Performer intake and I have an 1/2" spacer to boot installed without issues. I attempted a 1" spacer and there was definitely a hood clearance issue not to mention the linkage was way out of wack. I can imagine using an RPM Performer intake there...

    Looking forward to have the engine and tranny back in it for next summer. There is no hurry. If it happens it happens if not then I will wait. Want to make sure everything is done right with no rush.
