1964 Sport Fury convertible 426/4spd. Anyone know it's whereabouts?

That's a beauty alright, but I would have kept the side trim. I paid $3800 for mine when it was new. When I saw it at the Mopar show the owner said he would take $38 for it but with an extra zero.

68 road runner restoration, don't laugh its paid for.

I have to think it might be rust that's holding the axle in since the car sat for so long without being moved. If the axle was twisted it would be on the outside of the splines so I don't think that is the problem. Jeff, can you get your porta-power tip in between the axle flange and push it out...

1964 Sport Fury convertible 426/4spd. Anyone know it's whereabouts?

Thanks for the responses everyone. I didn't keep any paperwork after I sold it in 1968 so have no idea what the vin might be. Always a Georgia car until a few years ago but now might be in NC. I ordered it in Feb 1964, got it in April 1964, and...

There isn't any William C. Roy in the Atlanta area phone book. You might try the North Georgia Mopar club site to see if anyone there might recognize the car. Their website is http://www.northgeorgiamoparclub.com/index.php

I bought Jeff a Roadrunner and he never did pay me back for it. I think it would be fair for him to give me one now, LOL. I'll take a red one, Jeff.

Hello Everyone, I'm Jeff's Dad. Been lurking for a while just checking to see what he's getting done. I live 250 miles away so I can't check it in person. I bought him his first Runner back in 1982 when he was fifteen. It was a theft recovery and we got most of the parts, but we had to put it...
