My thought is that my 68 Charger R/T will be worth so much more with a Year/Version correct engine in it than the RV 440 I have for it now. This is a January 1968 block and my car was a July 68 build

Heads are done, Crank is done. He said all machine work is done. But like I said, I will have it checked by a machine shop before buying. Complete motor minus the carb.

I have a line on a January 68 date coded 440 HP. The car has a July 68 manufacture date. If I were to purchase this and add it to the deal instead of the 440 RB would it make this a better deal?

I do have the dash with the VIN in tact, I do have the fender tag, it does have the original core support. I do have a clean clear title. I do not have the broadcast sheet.
