OK. Story ends here. The Dart is ready and I use it here and there as a driver or just for fun at the drag strip. The Dart never won a race, but the people love to see it.

Now the engine runs fine and I could use the Dart as a daily driver for some days and a nice meeting here in Hamburg.
But I knew there was much more welding to do

The next ride to a nice meeting wasn't that good. The car went quite well, until it suddenly shut down and didn't start again.
After we pulled the distributor, we knew what went wrong. At the qick rebuild of the 225, we changed the oilpump with another, that seemed to be in better...

did a little cleaning to the 904
and put it in alone. No problem with the 904. It is lightweight
got me a B-body exhaust system from summit. The cheap one. After a little cutting and welding it went in.

The engine didn't want to start today. Ok. Plan for the day was exhaust, which we did.
