Is there adifference in a 1968 Coronet K-member between one from a 318 and 383 car ? I was told there is, but I can not see it.

Thanks

Heavier (bigger) torq bars for sure.
Can't say there a difference or not. I know somebody will chime in.

Thanks for the replys, I will do the heavier torque bars etc. Thanks

I would bet there is a different part number for them. But for all intents and purposes they are the same

Yeah, part numbers most likely are different and usually change from year to year. The K in my 66 Belvedere came from a 70 Challenger. The biggest difference I've noticed over the years is the bolt holes are not always exactly the same but are not different enough to keep it from bolting up. Not sure if it's because of the way the car was treated over the years or if they were made that way.
