I bought this car last fall and plan on starting my restoration this spring. I've known about the car for over 25 years and never thought twice about it until I read a Super Bee colors and numbers produced for US sales (YO5) chart that I found @andy440.com that showed FJ6 Green Go as being the lowest produced color with Panther Pink being next. I'm quite anxious to bring this car back to life!

I can't believe you never thought twice about it in 25 years. A SUPER BEE in any color is a great score!

If you ever don't want to think twice about it again I'm sure I could make room for it in my garage. Keep posting pictures of your progress. This will be a unique car in my opinion.

Here's the real kicker, I could have bought a pair of 70 Bee's and a 25 plus year collection of 70 Bee only parts last fall for $4500 this Green Bee being the rougher of the two.The other car was a EV2 Hemi Orange with black vinyl top and auto on the floor with quarters already hung with a dash and console that was in VERY NICE condition. Still kicking myself in the arse for not ponying the money up for the pair!

Thanks for the pics. Another Bee project to watch whoo hoo! Keep us posted on your progress.

I try to keep the women and children away from it for fear the might get lock jaw.

The thing I love about cars like this is the atmosphere they have like the altered c stripe and that " remember when I prowled the streets and camaros trembled " look. If these cars could talk.... Awesum car, I love 70 coronets in any derivative. My Mom had one in a maroon 70 only color that she bought as a 1 year old car. Hers didn't have the demo derby tire option though.
