The 64 is the cruiser. Used to race it, but retired it and am building the Coronet to be the race car now. It's a 64 Fury with 63k miles on it. Currently has a 440 in it, but eventually would like to put a max wedge in it. I never cut it up when I raced it, always left off the foot brake and left it in Drive. Ran mid 6.70's in the 1/8 all day long. Pics from the track and a lil video:

That Fury is sweet!!!

Making mine more street friendly now. First and third pics are from last year. Picture #2 is current. Still running the 496" six pack, with a stock height filter element, but I have removed the A990 grille and installed a stock one, removed the hood with scoop and installed my spare stock one. Swapped the 4.10 for a 3.23. now trying to gather the parts for a 4 speed conversion in order to get rid of the high stall and manual shifted 727.

I no longer have a 65 anything,,,,,,,,,,,but I have taken a picture,,,,,,,maybe more:thefinger:

where did you see the first car you pictured the blue coronet i seen that car at the chrysler classic at martin mi 2009 show that cars is really sweet i believe the guy that owned it lived in kalamazoo.

65 dodge. i need to see some inside shots of that beauty?
i likee!

i really only have 1 shot of the interior right now with the new legendary seat covers and carpet that i installed this past august door panels are original i still have to put in the new headliner do all the dash trim and have the console piece rechromed i have since this photo installed new front armrest bases even though it looks like a s/s tribute car on the outside i like the 500 interior its comfortable when taking the family out for a sunday drive, by the way your a990 car is way sweet is that an original a990 car and if so whats the cars race history just curious next best thing to photos i think are storys on the history of these great cars.
