Frame connectors, which ones?

chassis engineering has weld in connectors, they say no mods to your floors.95.00 a set,for 62 to 67 b bodies. has anybody used these?

when installing sub frame connectors, is it best to put the car on jack stands or leave the weight of the car on the wheels? i read somewhere that they put their car on jack stands & welded in the frame connectors & their doors wouldn't shut after they was done. so, they had to cut them out & do it over again with the weight on the wheels.

any input is appreciated..

Jeff, do you have a link?

would make sense as the body will flex a little on jack stands. just my 2 cents

they have them on ebay, just look under mopar b body 62.thats what I punch in and they are in the pages.just look through there and you'll find them. or go to chassis engineering.let me know what you think.

When welding the connectors in, the car has to be level front to back and side to side. Put the stands under the rear axle and under the torsion cross member. I did it that way and it turned out perfect.
