The 62-63 Polara.

Yuck.

But I actually want one. With a max wedge. Just because it IS so ugly. Drive it around, have people laugh at it, then blow their doors off...

Yeah, like mine......

A matter of taste

Agree on most, but I love the 61 Newport. would trade my 65 Coronet 500
ht for one in a minute.

It looks like something designed by Citroen, or the smiley button company.

Nissan qube.

Oddly, I had a Tomica "pocket cars" (Hotwheels/Matchbox competitor) of a 70's Nissan "TV Van" and it looks like a scalled up and really long qube, minus the wraped rear window.

Put me in the "I like 62/63 Dodges" column!

My tastes have changed over the years.

I used to think the 62/63 B-bodies were hideous when I was growing up.

Now I own a '63 Dodge 330 and would love a 62 Dart or Fury either one!

Heck, even the little Valiants are so ugly they're cute.

I can't abide by the use of the word "ugly". Visually challenging, unusual, awkward, strange are probably better words, ugly just implies one doesn't like it....
I liked the unusual/awkward/visually challenging 62 Dart/Polara so much I finally got one....

The definition of cute is........ugly but interesting, but I refuse to tell anyone that I have a cute Mopar sitting in my garage.

Ok, Ok, For me in '75 had to be the Dodge Charger,. After the 71/74 body style how could they do such a thing ?? It was so damn ulgy my family had to go buy one. Like all mopes they grow on you after a while.............

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. They are all cool in a sort of way compared to what is produced now. Just something aerodynamic with 4 wheels, no style what's so ever, look all the same, no personality that's what we have today. My dad had a '62 Imperial, man that thing was a boat, big blue vinyl seats, big fins, the chrome. You could build 10 "econoboxes" with just the steel and chrome they used in it...lol.

What I love about this thread not one mention of the 1970 Coronet/RT/ Superbee!

Mike

I dunno, any classic Dodge that was factory available in a cool hi-impact color with a Hemi or 440-6Pack and a pistolgrip shifter can be sexy.

I mean, c'mon, ALL B-Bodies can't be as gorgeous as '69 Coronets, '70 Roadrunners or '68 Chargers, right? :D
