Is there such a thing as a 76 super bee?

Huh, interesting. It gets stranger by the second! A rare Mexican cop car (sassy grass green no less) with a Dana, for sale in Australia?

?

Good ol Ma Mopar. Never say never with her. Ever seen a Volare Duster ? I drove an hour to look at a /6 Duster that turned out to be a @#$%^&* Volare. Guy bought it new, says never wrecked, painted. Looked like never washed or vacuumed out.

Y'all should see some from Venezuela. Check out FABO.

For sure ! They used the Duster name on the SUV Trail-duster, the Volare, & the Sundance. They may have even used it on the Turismo FWD if my (foggy) memory is right ?

not so foggy

Your memory isn't that foggy. They did put the Duster name on the Turismo as well as the Volare and the Trail Duster was available fron the beginning of the 70's until Plymouth didn't market a SUV.
You can thank our government for not having the Superbee in the USA. The Valiant and Volare based Superbees were cool.

Never even heard of anything but B-body 'Bees- any pics?

Ma MoPar did alot of clever things to sell her cars...

Looked at a /6 Volare Duster about 15 years ago. B5 (or similar) with matching interior, T tops, and Tuff Wheel. Buckets, console a/c. Absolutely pristine, but $6K. Too much IMO for a /6 car back then.

Did you ever see Mexico's version of the Super Bee... The link will take you to the page if you want to read about it, 1st gen gen looks cool to, both toward bottom of the page..

I always thought the name SuperBee was an insider's play on the fact that it was on the B platform. You know how marketing guys are.
I guess it could've started that way and then turned into just another name in the portfolio to be used at will...like Charger and Daytona.

According to several articles I've read this is correct, it was originally a "no frills" offering with no A/C, power windows/locks, etc and only a bench seat with a 383 as the "base" engine. It was a seperate car for years and then, like so many of the other great ones, just became a trim package.
