1971 dodge monaco 4-dr hardtop. barn find, 1-owner, 383 2bbl,727 auto, 8 3/4 2.76 gear open rear, 78,*** original miles. has not been driven since 2005. been garage kept its entire life. rust free car, no rot anywhere, has light recent scale rust in the trunk from leaking weatherstrip. look at the pics, there are alot: http://s207.photobucket.com/albums/bb102/superbyrd/71ddgmonacocreempuff092011/ has vinyl top,original, no rips,tears or cracks, 2 small tears in bottom of front driverside seat, rest of interior is near mint, no cracks in dash, no places in the headliner,carpet or doorpanels. original paint will buff out nice, look at pic of front D/S of hood/fender where i hit it with a little wax just to show the shine under the dirt. all glass is great, no fogging or cracks. chrome is even above average, factory a/c, crank windows. agin, car has not been driven since 2005, so, it will need some work to be ran/driven. master cylinder is stuck, and,i have not checked out the tank, i poured gas down the carb, threw in a battery, fired right up. no smoke or noises. single exhaust,very quiet. had all new brakes,exhaust,tune-up,a/c recharged,and brand new tires in 2005, was driven about 4 months,then parked,and not driven since. the elderly owner,gave the car to her grandson,and he never did anything with it. clear, open indiana title. car is in awesome shape, spend a weekend cleaning it up,spend a few bucks,and have a great family cruiser. i am going to start working on the car the first of the week, price starts going up after that. get it cheap before i get too far in it. i love my mopars,and,as nice as this car is,just too many doors for my taste. asking $2000 or best offer or might trade.
