Well, the big day is getting closer. We set this event up to be the best time you can have in your Mopar for the least amount of money...

The event itself is free, the only cost is $2 per person to get into the park...so if you have the worst time of your life, you still saved $3 over general admission, haha.

We had 85 cars last year and are hoping to have more this time around.

I'll be shooting another video for YouTube, we will have Della, a professional photographer, setting up to get once in a liftime shots of you and your Mopar, and we will even provided brisket to enjoy while you check out all the Mopars!

I wanted to get word out here in case anyone was going to come in...reply to this thread or PM me, whatever works for you. I want to make sure I have the best car count possible to cover the food and giveaways etc.

I'm planning to set up a dinner at the Big Texan as well, just not sure if more would be able to attend it Friday or Saturday night...hence why we need your feedback!

You can find the flyer here:

and if you need any more info, just let me know. If you stay the weekend, we have a sweet deal set up with a hotel in town for $69 a night.

Hope to see some folks from FBBO get out this way...we'll do our best to make sure you have a good time!

Anyone going to make the trip to the show. As of today there are 110 vehicles RSVP'd.

I plan on bringing the 72 Charger and the 68 Dart.... Anyone who hasn't heard of CIC needs to think about making it this year. Over 100 mopar cars and trucks confirmed! Here's a vid

Up to 114 now as the latest vehicles to join us is a one owner 69 Hemi Daytona and beside it will be a Local B5 Blue Superbird. Also coming is a 68 Hemi GTX 1 of 26 Forest Green with green interior and stripe.

Come on guys, there has to be more B-Body guys and gals interested. 120 Mopars, free brisket, dinner at the Big Texan...what's that? You have yardwork? Grass can be cut any day, epic Mopar events don't happen every day!

Seriously though, if you are interested come on out, we'd love to have you and I know you'll have a god time...if you don't, at least you got lunch and didn't have to pay...everything is free.

I'll be there in the 69, and hope to bring at least 2 more with me!

Chyrsler's in the Canyon hosted by the Amarillo Area Mopars is coming up this Saturday October 15th. As of this morning we are sitting at 126 Vehicles pre registered. Due to the number of vehicles we have adjusted the schedule for the Cruise to the Canyon from the First United Bank Center to begin at 1100am. Weather is predicted to be sunny and 81 degrees. If you are planning on attending and have not done so please RSVP at AmarilloAreaMopars.com

I'll be bringing these two at least, maybe more if I can find another driver...

I am trying to get the post event stuff wrapped up and then I'll have the downhill vids to post. It was a great time! Perfect weather, brisket, and 100+ Mopars :headbang:
