New Buy

Bought this car a couple of weeks ago. Not sure what to do with it.Leave it the way it is or restore it.Any opinions?

I have been reading and responding to your posts on two different web sites. Just from the pictures you have posted and the info on the car I would leave it alone/do it to the as raced days. Just buff it up and have fun with it. If you are thinking of selling it there is no way to recover your money spent doing a resto these days. All buyers have a different idea of what they want in a car and let the BUYER decide what he wants to do with it.

Here are a few shots of my grocery getter. She has been "mostly done" for the past year or better so I've not done much to it lately.

Sad 64

Bought this a few years back without going to look at it. Only saw pics. Bad idea, as you can see. I paid way to much(don't ask). Anyway I gathered parts and was shopping for a rotisserie to start working on her, when the flood of 2011 hit. The car, all the parts, my shop, including my unrestored A12 Bee, and all my tools were under water. That and a very ill dog has wiped me out. So it's back to waiting and trying to salvage my equipment. When I do get back to the vert, it will be a poly 318 with 2x4's on a factory intake , pushbutton trans and TTI headers and a mild cam. May do some suspension mods as I want a nice driver. If I decide to go big block, I have an early 413 block from a truck, just begging to be bored out to 426.

My shop and barn post flood. Water was going down in last photo. You can see the high water mark on the garage wall to the right of the door.

As of last Friday, it at a friends shop getting new metal replaced and prepping for paint.
Haven't decided yet on color. Kind of stuck on either (1968) Pale yellow, or (1970's)Top banana.

64 Dodge 440 wagon

Here's a pic when the wagon was delivered:

I had known the car for 10 years before I got it a few months ago. The interior is shot and we put in the reupholstered front seat from a 73 Dodge Coronet Crestwood wagon (switched the seat tracks etc). I do have the original front seat.

Well here is the car I have finally been waiting for. If you only know I excited I am to have it. I really don't even have to drive it. I am fine with just starting it up in the garage.
