six pack pro's and con's?

mine are great , they are by no means not a bolt on easy interchange on a mopar but they run great and have electric choke . Set well out of the box and very streetable . BG is out of buisness now and even if they were still in buisness there customer service sucked ***. Mine are bigger then the factory holleys and a very tight fit on the factory style intake .

Thought you guys may like these, I know it's not a real A-12 but, here's my dirty engine compartment in my 68 RR (LL1 color) & A-12 hood with a 3836bbl before the stroker 479ci shortblock, ported heads etc. & before paint work/cleaning needs to be done, it's an old photo, sorry no new photos yet & a couple of cool old adds & article photo of the 69-1/2 A-12 optioned cars..

Sweet,I love them Superbirds, I'm kind of partial to any mutiple carbed factory cars...

Nothing like them in my book.If you want to save some $$,go with Quick Fuel metering plates,less than half the price of Promax.

About that acceleration thing...

From '83 to '89 my dad had a 1971 Cuda that I was allowed to drive around. It was a real V-code car with the 4.10 dana and four speed. Even without the six pack carbs installed (It had a 750 CFM carb) acceleration was absolutely mind boggling. It was a loud, violent, and pretty darn scary experience! Race car stuff. We sold the car in 1989 and I have never seen or heard from it ever again. Not in magazines or on the web. One of 108 built (V-code & four speed). It had the orange/black cloth "Halloween" interior, too. Two fender tags worth of options.

curious - does anyone make a aluminum six pack intake instead of the oem steel one? thanks - sixpack envious..
 
Intake 6bbl.

I have got the Indy Mod Man 6bbl on my 528cui.
Went from 510hp to 547hp only with intake swap.
