What did you do to your Mopar today?

Went to last races of the year,Cordova. Then Sat by a fire and had a beer or 10. Put Satellite away. Daughter went back to FL. Gonna miss my running partner.

Installed the new rear tail light harness on my RR today!

I put the Dana back under my `68 Coronet R/T project last night. I bought it from a guy that still had it on the rotissery and I initially just put it on some casters so I could move it around. Now I've decided that one needs to go elseware for storage this winter and it will be easier to trailer with real rear wheels and tires, not only that but now I don't have to store a Dana. Need to make room in the shop for work on my E-body and a bunch of concrete countertops for a new client this winter.

Cleaned out the trunk, all the new parts I was storing in there, made some new shelves in the work bench to store them, then started prepping the trunk for Por15 sealer, minor surface rusting in side the upper portions on the under sides... Messy ****...

Hit two local cruise ins the past two nights. Weather has finally gotten beautiful for cruises down here. In between the two - I spent a couple hours yesterday adjusting my torsion bars - again........ This time I think I got it better. Went by the front "frame" height instead of the fenders and when I did this had to raise the driverside by almost 1/2" to equal the passenger side. Felt better on the road too.

Replaced the hacked up tail light harness and replaced the broken light housings on my '73.

Took the Bee out to a small show about 15 miles from here. It was a church fair and there were only about a dozen cars there. Stayed for about 3 hours. Nice relaxing drive to and from.

Removed my fuel pump for inspection, found out it has the windings burnt up!
Time for a new pump!!! :sex:

Removed front fenders and door trims, drain oil engine appears to be ok. Located a new trunk floor pan, started to sand away surface rust for paint.
i got the car Thursday and did that Friday afternoon.

Installed a new 16" ffd cyclone 3600cfm electric fan. Amazing piece. Car warms up quicker, stays 160 degrees in any traffic. Picked up a tenth of a second by getting rid of the old 7 blade flex fan..

changed the oil, new lug nuts, put hood back on and bled the brakes and clutch. waiting for the altered dip stick tube and away we go, in time to put it away.:headbang:

Put it up on jack stands and covered it for the winter. Plans for the winter are to drop the trans to replace the leaking front pump seal, replace the u joints abd get the 3" TTI header back X pipe exhaust ordered and installed.:icon_thumright:

well, got the dip stick tube in and fired it up. problem; won't shift into gear running. not much adjustment with the hyd clutch.

replaced original shocks--lot of wd-40 -new brakes on rear-still chaseing a ground -changed rear end cover and fluid-STILL CHASEING A GROUND

I removed my leaking tranny pan,and replaced it with an aluminum pan from summit, and bought a reusable gasket from the dealer.hopefully no more leaks

Found a really nice set of Cragar S/S wheels for my Bee on Craigslist . They're 15X7. When I get new tires, I'll put up some pics. I love the steelies and dog dishes that are on it, but after running it this way for 18 years, I'm ready for a change. Cragars just seemed 'right' for it.

Put a set of plugs and new wires on the Belv. Found this miss from last weekend. A wire got too close to the header and melted the insulation and the wire burned itself in half. Time for a couple booties on the close wires.
