Seriously, nobody has one of these laying around? I'd even be interested in a parts truck as long as its a 2wd and the price is right.

I want to put the trans in my Coronet
 
I have one, but I think shipping would kill you. You will need to realy open up the trans tunnel to get one in there.
 
Yeah I think your right, shipping would kill me from Co.

You really think they are that much larger? Seems to me that they weren't that incredibly huge. Now the 4500 is a big one and I wouldnt dream of putting that in there. But the NV3500 didn't seem all that large.
 
Anybody, I am still looking for one. I can get one locally from a salvage yard for $350-400 but would love to get one cheaper or from someone on FBBO.

That would almost sound like the better bet there if for nothing else than you would save a ton in transportation.
 
Yeah I wouldn't pay for shipping, about the only hope of finding a better price would be either trading for parts or somebody reasonably local. I don't mind buying it from the salvage yard but I am not in a tremendous hurry and I like keeping the money in the mopar circle instead of the greedy salvage yards which charge an arm and leg for the parts they got nearly free

I have one out of a 93 Dakota!Needs snycro.Don't know if that will work for you? If it will get back to me!

Is it the NV3500 or the AX-15? If it came from a 93 it was most likely an AX-15. (an easy tell is the bell housing is removable on the AX-15 and cast to the case on the 3500). If its the NV3500 I would be interested if the price was right. Let me know.
 
Anybody have one of these laying around? I have mine in the Coronet but 2nd gear synchro is pretty weak.
