Im working on a 70 Bee. Plan on painting Plum Crazy with white C stripes & white vinyle top. Also white bench seat & door panels. My question is what color or colors would look good for the headliner, carpet,and dash areas?

Sounds like a great looking car with that color combo. I do have to agree with the black, would really set it off nice.
