Thanks im gonna try,

Nice find. Proves they are still out there. Keep us posted on progress.

Nice find! Is it an original Ramcharger car? I see that it has A/C. Very cool!

Thanks yes it was an ram air car, but didnt have the duct work , when i found the car motor and trans was gone, i got it just a shell, the origanal 383 and 4 speed was long gone, I found a 69 383 hp motor and 4 speed trans, 143 tooth fly wheel and an 11 inch clutch. i put it all together droped the motor and trans in fed it some gas and spark brought it to life after 22 years of sitting, got the brakes in good working condition, and i took that baby out for a ride, i just had to drive it once before i started to tear it apart,

From the looks of the steering column either the column was switched or it was converted to a 4 speed---auto trans column.

yep the colum was switched, i was told back in the 70s it went to automatic, and was used for a drag car, if you look closely on the rear quarters on the bottoms behind the wheels before the quarters where cut off they are plastered with burnt rubber.

Kool car, Nice to see where those parts I'm sending will be going. Keep us posted.

Thanks guys, yes Matt, thats the one the parts are going on and youres is on the way thanks

Need these?:pimp_daddy:

that will look good with sunfire yellow. are you going to paint the scoops to match or paint them black?

Yes i was thinking of painting the scoops black, just to make it pop a little, with the black superbee stripe across the trunk, but im kinda loseing hope now, where the car was at, working the quarters, they had to pull it out for a little to work on something else, While it was sitting out side it got backed into, front drivers side fender, nice dent deep scratch, so i said well im takeing out of here, takeing it home, so i called my buddy with his truck, hes got a truck and trailer set up, with the ramps that come down, and then lift up and lock into place, get the car loaded on the trailer, he chains it down, i dont know if he didnt chain the front down well enough, or it broke or what, he still dosent know what happend, but to make a long story short, first hill he pulled the front chain came undone, car slid back on the wet trailer , bang right into ramp sticking up, nice dent in the trunk lid, nice kink on the new quarter that was just put on, right on the corner, at this point i just want to flip, oh well,

man, what a bummer. I wouldn't lose hope though, stuff like that would make me more determined to get her fixed. The car is tough and so are you. The events are teaching you thru the school of hard knocks.

Sounds like a great ride.. Don't get discouraged, maybe its better this happened now then when its done and maybe trailing it to a show, you'll remember and take extra precautions.. Good luck!

yep, no problems, nothing that cant be fixed, i will get it done

Std dash?Replaced?I guess i always thought the 69 Bee's came with a ralley type guage cluster?Cool project by the way.
