Can you stuff a BB Mopar into a Prius? I saw a Hemi with a shaker hood in a Mercedes once.

My first Satellite was a 66 yellow with painted black top, 383 4 speed 323 suregrip, it was just 3 years old when I gave $1800 for it. This was the car my wife of forty years and I dated in, lots of cruising and street racing.
Now forty years later I just bought another 66 Satellite, Red, 273 4bl, A/t. It's a bit of a project but a very good deal at $6500. Man times have changed. I had really wanted another 383 car, but considering it's going to be just a cruiser, going to add a/c, the 273 is a healthy and very snappy motor, why not keep it. The car has been modified somewhat, small cam in the motor, Offy intake and Speed Demon carb, Mopar electronic ignition, nice front disc brake conversion, Ford 9" rear end with 3:40 gears, new headliner, carpet and glass. Ordered all new seat covers this week and a small list of little things that make the details. I"ve done paint and body for years and will repaint the original red, replate the bumpers and refurbish all the exterior trim, it's all there and not bad shape, just showing it's 45 years. Anyway, I havent done a project car in over 20 years, this is going to be a trip down memory lane, looking forward to a great time, and so nice to find a forum to enjoy as well.
