69 Road Runner missing fender tag and BS

I recently purchased this car from a private owner in Franklin NC he owned it for about 2 1/2 years and did the re-paint and he said it was the original color with the hood stripes delete from the factory,the fender tag is missing and i checked under all the seats but found no build sheet.the VIN# is RM21H9A132142.Anybody recognize this car and have any history about it I would greatly appreciate it

It's a long shot but last year the "Mopar Collectors Guide" published the list of build sheets that Galen Govier is currently holding. It ran for about 6 months or so, I have the back issues if you don't have access to them I wouldn't mind checking for you. There are also a couple of other forums that are all Road Runner that you could post on as well.
