Been a member for several months now, and just now getting around to saying hello. I live in Hendersonville, NC and have a wonderful wife and two small boys. I have a 68 Road Runner that I have owned since 98. It is dark green with a green interior and decor package 440 4 speed. I am in the process of restoring the body right now. Complete driving car when I started. Gotta brag a little on my wife. A guy I work with took a couple engines in on a trade a few years ago. He hit me up about buying one for my car. It is a 66 cast 440 with ported edelbrock heads and a big hughes engines solid lift flat tappet cam. Only parts reused in the build were the block and crank. He had paper work on the entire build and offered it to me for less than half the cost of the parts used in it. Dynoed at 600 hp. This was in August 09. I tried every way under the sun to come up with the cash, but finally gave up and told him to let it go if he had a buyer. MY WIFE BOUGHT IT AND GAVE IT TO ME FOR CHRISTMAS THAT YEAR! She took out a loan and cleaned a couple houses on the side to pay for it. Im still in shock. Wish everyone the best of luck with their rides/ projects and hope everyone has a Merry CHRISTmas.

You are a very lucky man to have such an understanding wife. My wife has ZERO interest in my hobby or my cars..
