Finally got her on the road for a quick spin after putting in a new motor and changing from auto to a 4 speed. Still some work to do, adjust belts, tune, time etc. Also, seems that wiz-bang Chines made aluminum water pump sprung a leak. And the clutch pedal sticks - HMMM! Here are some photos.

Great looking ride! Must have had a blast besides the couple little hiccups.
Do you have the vacuum line off the booster running to an electric pump in the car or something?

Propwash, very good eye. Actually, I was bleeding the brakes and had to pull the vaccum line off. Its now hooked back up. Both front brake bleeders needed to be forceably removed and replaced. All is back together.
 
Ahhh I see.....I was thinking maybe your cam was a bit too much to allow vacuum for the booster and you had an electric pump cleverly hidden somewhere..Looks nice and clean under the hood.

Congrat's again on getting her down the road. Great looking GTX!

very nice,my bro has a 68 Gettix.I have a 69 Satelite completely restored,all i have left is bolt on the new carb and front end alignment.Then she's going on her maiden v.also.good job on the car!!!

Well,theoreticlly,it would have been the bottom of 2nd and then some rowing.
