I am building a 426 Wedge with 11.5 compression. I will have a 2 - 4 set up with headers. What is a good street cam that will get the most out of the motor without taking away streetability. Thanks for your imput.

That's plenty of compression for many moderate performance grinds. I'd consider the MoPar .528" / 284. It's ground on a 112 lobe separation so it has very good street maners while providing plenty of mid range power.

My 9.9:1 iron headed motor does not really like pump gas. It'll run, but there are times that it will rattle. Are you sure that you want 11.5:1?

Thanks for the recomendation. Where can I find this cam and is it hydrolic or solid?

It's a solid cam. And I hope you have good gas!

I would go a little more aggresive then the .528 cam. That cam will keep cylinder pressure very high and might cause to much pinging. What heads are you nusing ? Your best bet is to call Dwayne Porter and have him custom grind a cam for your build. It cost no more then buying a shelf cam and he is very very good. Everyone that I see run his cams have awesome running cars. I have a flat tappet cam he ground for me in my 493 and I love it. Ron
