Anything goes, does mean, anything goes. But as far as I'm concerned there is a unwritten rule that Politics and Religion are not spoken unless there is a specified forum for such things.

With that being said, If I see a Political or Religious thread or post, I will delete it. Until there is a "Political Forum" on this board (it is being considered), right now, it is not allowed.

Bravo! I gave up those two subjects years ago -- debating them only gets all people pissed off, so, it's Aliens and MOPARs for me from now on!

The Gods of MOPAR is who I pray to ;) and if any candidate would ever mention MOPAR I would vote for them right off :) Just sayin..

Add "women","guns" and the "paranormal" and I'm in! Wait..."women" might become political. Just how it goes...

Oh,if you're looking for a Presidential candidate,I may be your guy! I have numerous skeletons in the closet,have inhaled deeply,consumed Crown Royal(in quantity),and have had liaisons with (numerous) tawdry women. Proper qualifications,indeed. I'll also make High Performance vehicles a National Treasure,make 110 octane leaded gas available at a realistic price,and set aside funding to renovate old drag strips-starting with my beloved Tri-City Dragway in Freeland! There's other political stuff I'd do,but my platform would be rather basic.

"Fast Cars,Faster Women,Old Whiskey and New Ideas" Think it'll fly in November? Write me in,please...

Thanks Alleyoop! This is the best news I've heard in a while. I have had enough of these infuriating idiots that call themselves politicians. I come to this site for Mopars and Mopars with scantily clad women surrounding them.
BTW, Al K, I would write you in, that was the first political statement I've heard that I can actually get behind.

Now,for my Cabinet appointments...all drawn from this site,of course. Let me dwell on these for a bit...

Matt;thanks for the JLH link;I've found my "First Lady". Now I just need to convince her that while we may reside in D.C.,we can still have a residence out west(and northern Michigan,of course),preferably near a dragstrip.

Yup...but generally, reasonable people can debate these two subjects without getting pissed off and leaving.....

My gf still has the hots for Shatner. Goes back to those days. Now,if they(the female aliens) looked like Jeri Ryan's character(minus the "Borg" machinery),or the "aliens" in a past Bud Light commercial,well hey,sign me up! Deep space exploration,indeed!

Unfortunately, reasonable and politics are words not used in the same space. As to leaving the forum, that would have been me stating that, so pick out the correct person. What was posted was beyond the pale, reasonable people do not hold such beliefs, I hope.
 
Ahhh yes...the epic battles we have here at FBBO. I have not participated in politics/religion threads on here, but have picked up on some folks true colors by reading their posts. Conversations can be interesting at times, at others...well, like and STD.... don't want to admit where it came from, annoying and don't go away.

I agree with Cranky....if people could be "reasonable"
 
As long as I can continue to complain about the CRAPPY WEATHER!!!!! we have been having for what seems like forever, I'm good.
