Any body have troubles with there electric window? I finally got master control on drivers door hook up, it was working both front windows, then pass window quit, both rear window didn't work, took door panels off, left rear motor gone, right rear motor there, found right rear motor unplugged under door seal, hook everything up. I have a good motor, plug it up on left rear, works great, took right rear switch and r front door swith out, hook up to left rear plug, and all switches are good. At this point I have no power to right front door, but power to right rear door. do all of these controls get there feed off of main switch? Anyinfo would be appreciated,

uuummmm.....whut? lol

It's been WAY to long since I've had a vintage Mopar with power windows, but I'm sure one of the gang will be able to help you out.

I am working on my 74 RR/GTX. RM21U4G, loaded PS,PB,Cruise,AM/FM,A/C, Rear Defogger,Stripe delete, with full vinyl top, Manual Sunroof, Rally Gauges with Tach, two data plates, also has Power Windows, Vin says its a coupe, and the coupes back windows are not suppose the roll down just the hardtops, thats what I have found at a few diffenent sites, however I have power windows. these are the last two things to fix on the car the power windows and the manual sunroof, with a broken cable, maybe i should find a wiring diagram for electric windows. Thanks, still looking for any info on power windows.

Okay, you tested all switches...and found out switches are good? But you have a motor missing? Am I reading that right? You have probed all wires with a test light at the motors while you have someone operate each switch independantly, starting with the master and then each individual switch?

Ohm out the wires to make sure one hasn't broken. I have had problems with this before as the wires in the jamb area work harden then break inside the outer covering. Mine would only work with the door closed.

Thanks guys, here is what I really needed, thanks John, will share with others, Pic of 74 Electric Window Wiring Diagram. Click to your Right and Print it for a nice clear copy. Everyone also have informed me to check in those rubber hose holders in front doors, usually always a broken wire.
