Has the hinges on the 70 cars before paint was applied? thanks

B bodies were assembled when painted....which is why fender bolts, hood bolts, trunk lid bolts etc etc etc were body color. Yes, the doors and hinges were in place when the car was painted

yes, so primer would be under the portions that was covered.

Body was probably assembled when primed as well, in which case there would be no primer under them
