Anybody have any 4 door satellite pics? If you do, please share.

Thanks

Not really proud of the condition she's in, but the pic is really worse that it is. The pans and rails are solid:

I picked this car up in 2005 from a little old lady, no joke.
They bought it used in 1971 and has had it ever since.
They quite driving it in the late 1979 (or was it 1981?!?) due to it running poorly. They parked it in their front yard and it has sat there until 2005!

I knew it wasn't going to move easy (anyone notice how sunk into the ground it was?) so I had a flatbed wrecker attempt to keep it in one piece. He got it up onto the bed and started tilting the bed back and the front end came off at the firewall K-member engine/transmission and all and destroyed the front grille which I wanted to sell (fenders, bumper, hood was already pretty done for).

I stripped the car out and crushed the remains for the $150.00
I listed a few parts on eBay and got $375.00 for the complete MINT dash, $125.00 for the complete steering wheel, $80.00 for the tail lights, $50.00 for the center trim (had a couple broken studs) , $10.00 for the satellite emblems, ... that was about all I had off that car.

I hand an offer for $100.00 for the front seat but then I learned about 4-doors not tilting forward so I informed the potential buyer and of course he was no longer interested (understandable).

I also kept the complete front clip/K-member and 273-2bbl. engine and 904 transmission. The engine/transmission was set into a Dart to make it "complete" and now we are probably going to pull the transmission and use it for my dads street strip car.

The car also had the really small rear end (7-1/4").

anyone else, i'd like to see more.. i just bought a rust free 1969 satellite 4dr with 67,000 origional miles for 400.00.. i'll get pics up next week. thanks

I'm watching the original "Gone in 60 Seconds", and they crash a bunch of 69 Satellite 4 door police cars in this

ya, i remember those crashes now.. thats the best chase seen ever but the movie as a whole pretty much blows, just my opinion.
