Ok guys I'll let you in on one of Urbanxx's little secrets:
The 1978-1988 Dodge D-100 and D-150 with the 4 Speed Overdrive transmission had the same shifter boot and chrome boot ring as the 66-70 B bodies without consoles. Now you know!
As of last summer you could still order them from the local (if there are any in your area) Dodge Dealer. Also the Aspen, Volore and Diplomat with the 4 speed overdrive transmission has the same boot and chrome trim ring.
Chrysler has changed venders since the B bodies were made and each time they change venders they change part numbers.

Also the dash mounted REVERSE AMBER LIGHT including the housing is the same on the above mentioned trucks, Aspen, Volore, and Diplomat. They are a direct interchange for the 66-70 B bodies.
