Was at Pep Boy's the other day getting tires on my S-10. Saw this on the shelf for $15 and just couldn't resist.

It took me time to get use to all the variations of the original pistol grip design (ex. carbon fiber, rosewood, etc.) but I am pretty sure this one is going to revisit me in a nightmare tonight.

Weird and funny all at once. Certainly a different flavor.

Ya shoulda seen the grin on my 16 yr old's face when I showed it to him.

Knowing the shifter stick, how did you mount that on there?

The black collar protruding below the grip slides down over the shifter stick and is held in place with two set screws. To shift, either push down or pull the trigger.

Not my style, but if you like it our opinions don't really matter anyways.

At least it was only $15.00. If it is cheap enough people will buy anything.

As there was no handle on the stick when we got the car, we needed something. When I saw this for $15, the "different/strange factor" was more than I could resist.

Absolutely correct. Our opinions don't mean nuts. I for one just like to voice them whenever I get an opportunity.

Besides, this car is being built for my 16 yr old son. The grin on his face when he saw it will be worth more than anybody else's remarks.

Hey SCred,

You probably don't want to let him drive it to school they might confiscate the car thinking it's loaded and ready to be used on other students!

Excuse me guys, I have tears in my eyes, gota go wash my face, and hope my chest is only hurting from laughter instead of a heart attack.
