Factory CB radio

Is anyone familiar with the factory CB radio & its tri-band antenna? I have a 78 Magnum with an AM/FM 8-track, BUT it is coded R47, which according to www.magnumgt.com, is a power tri-band antenna (AM/FM/CB). I have a clip on the side of the dash for a mic, and the antenna on the car is thicker than the typical factory antenna, but doesn't appear to be power. (I'll check under the fender this weekend for that device). Does anyone here have any pictures of the tri-band antenna? I have a picture of what the radio is supposed to look like. thanks.
