The garage has been insulated, drywalled and a 100amp service installed after these pics were taken...

Well, if it wasn't 4322 kms away I would stop by for a look...and likely an offer. My wife and I were just talking about our next place this morning and this place pretty much describes our conversation. Nice place...How's the winters/seasons?

We often have four noticable seasons. Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter. Some years only three. The worst winters might have two or three weeks that won't get above 25deg. fahrenheit that are during Jan thru Feb. Some winters there might be a total of three feet of snow, some winters might be three snowfalls three to four feet each. We have a saying around here " If you don't like the weather around here just wait a day" I have lived in this area all my life and would not trade it for anywhere else...

You're a Canadian asking about the winters!?

You're a Canadian asking about the winters!?

Hey now, we don't all live in igloo's up here! Where I live it's fairly mild and actually classified as a semi arid climate...very dry and the summers are long and hot, temp's ranging from 80-100 degrees. Our winters can be cold but we don't get 2-3 ft of snow! Southern BC has a fairly mild climate! I have lived on the prairies and seen long cold winters, more time to play in the shop.

I sure like the property, it looks ideal.

The price is definitely negotiable! Need to sell. My fancy and I don't need two places :)
Most winters are pretty mild when it comes to snowfall. We always like to see some for Christmas!

Goog luck with your sale, That shouldn't be a problem to sell. Out of curiosity, what is the largest community nearby? How's the local economy there?

It is north of Baltimore (about 45 min) or north of Westminster (about 15min)
The economy is good for the recession that the country is going thru, property taxes are getting high but where aren't they? The employment seems to be holding out good too.
