Thanks, a wild hair has caused this sale. I really want an Ariel Atom but a nice B/E body on the track would be a blast.

American icon

Forgot to mention, if you watch American icon on Velocity TV this is the Super Bee featured in their February Episode and has had footage used in 2 other shows. DVD of the show comes with the car.

This could be the most asinine comment I've ever read on this forum. There are some silver-spoon-fed, B/E body hoarding, trust fund babies on here too, so that says quite a bit.

Yep looks like a factory undercoat car... looks good to me but to make it extra clean a fresh coat would be easy.

Really nice bee btw. Love the 70 coronets and superbee.

I find it hard to believe that someone who's heart is in this hobby wouldn't buy a $30k car because of a reluctance to buy $40 worth of sandpaper and $200 worth of black chassis paint.

Regardless, this car looks to be top notch in nearly every way it can be. Best of luck with the sale to the OP.

I guess the counter argument is that if your paying 30k for a car should you have too? Personally if i had the dough id buy it heart beat, but i can understand why someone wouldnt want to have to do anything if they'd laid out that much money.

I agree. After all, it is still a 383, column automatic, non-axle package car. I too would love to own that car....if i were to nit-pick it though I wouldn't care about the undercarriage I think it looks fine, it's probably a FACTORY undercoating optioned car (has underhood silencer pad). My gripe is why the incorrect black dash? The woodgrain fascia which it should have looks so much better IMO.

I'm restoring a '70 FY1 Super Bee coupe...love 'em!!!
