been thinking of going for a couple years now myself...im interested in hearing what everyone has to say...

btw, any pics of your Runner? sweet to hear she's been yours from the start!!!

I usually stay near the airport in Harrisburg as I fly in from Texas. I will be attending the show on Saturday, looking for nice parts for my 66 Charger. I have never seen such a great number of Mopar only Vendors anywhere before. You folks in the Northeast are fortunate to have so many great shows in your area.

The Carlilse show is spectacular! I've been every year except the year it was in the 100 degrees. If you haven't been, i encourage everyone to go! The cars, the vendors, its incredible. I stay in York at a friends house. Book something as soon as you can. They fill up fast.

Excellant even, lakes me three days to walk through just the parts. and vendors. and i look at the show field sunday.
Ill be there. Little over 2 weeks from now, getting excited. I bet more of the hotels are booked up now
I always stay in harrisburg on the main drag.

I'm planning on going, me and my Dad are going to drive up there from TX, my cousin lives nearby, we'll stay with her, can't wait to walk around, see the cars, meet the people, and take tons of pictures!

This will be my third consecutive year going and it is all encompassing. I live about thrre hours away and stay at my friend's place in Philadelphia about an hour farther east. I will bring my R/T, but I usually hang out with the Durango group form the other forum that I moderate.

Do yourself a favor and stay at the Holiday Inn Express on Technology Pwy in Mechanicsburg, PA. Its just outside of Carlisle however you can get away from the Traffic and Fumes. Its a nice place as well. We will be hosting a pizza and Beer Party Friday night in the conference room there. Come hang.

Mrs. N4Cer and I will be staying at the Hampton Inn Harrisburg-West in Mechanicsburg. It's a nice area and not too far off the beaten path. Looking forward to meeting a lot of fellow Mopar aficiaonados and maybe scoring some interior parts for my '79 Magnum project.

Hope this helps.

Walking shoes and sunscreen.
I personally like to get there before the gates open. As soon as i get in i like to head to the show field enterance and watch all the cars roll in. It is freakin mopar heaven. Im gettin giddy just thinking about it. Seriously, you will overdose on mopar.

I live in McCandless and will be hitting the turnpike exit in Gibsonia.

What day or days are you heading up? Might wait fornthe weather forecast to decide if I'm going up fri and sat or just sat. I'll be getting on the same tp exit.

I would like to go up on Friday, but most likely I will be leaving my house at 7:00 am Saturday morning. I have to trailer my Coronet R/T which is a pain. Are you driving the three hours in your 1972 GTX dgraver?

Yea I am, did it last year and she did great. Not gonna lie, if I had a truck and trailer I'd probably go that route. Think I left around 6 am last year and had a good amount of time to look at the cars and parts.

Do you guys go the the Starlite car cruise in Wexford Friday nights? I should be there this Friday with my brother and his Super Snake if it does not rain.
