shoulder belts 69 RoadRunner

While stripping the 70 Coronet I'm parting out, I removed the shoulder belts and there's a couple of 'clips' on each side of the car to store the shoulder bely when not in use. My 69 RoadRunner has the shoulder belt but no storage clips. The headliner is out, and there are no holes or any evidence that there ever was any of these 'clips'. The shoulder belts just dangled when I got the car. Not sure if it matters, but the build date is C21.
Any input is much appreciated, any pictures of what belongs on a 69 would be awesome!!:headbang:
 
I have the 'clips' (it just looks like the male end of the buckle) on my 69 RR. They are actually on the same bracket that the visor is attached to. Sorry, I am at work and I don't have pictures with me right now...but I can try to get some for you later.

It makes sense now; the parts under the visor were missing when I bought the car...thanks!!:notworthy:
 
i think in 65/66 lap belts became mandatory,not sure when they started to put shoulders belts in as option or mandatory.
